The hotel was located next to underground, Close to restaurant and the city center which is about 5 km, round trip 10 km. I had family-friendly room complete with haribo candies on the bed and big window, for example. The staff were extremely helpful and had a sense of humour. The food was outstanding, drinks were complimentary.
Definitely, there was elevator missing.

The room was spacious and had big windows letting in lots of light. I loved the quirky local beer selection in the mini-bar-just a fun touch! Plus, it was super easy to hop on the S-Bahn or U-Bahn from the nearby station. A pleasant stay 🍻

A decent size and silent rooms complete with comfortable beds, haribo candies on the bed as a surprise plus modern bath.

The hotel features spacious rooms with massive windows that flood the space with natural light. The local beer selection in the mini-bar was a fun touch. Friendly staff and daily cleaning were great, but be aware that the elevator shuts down after hours for security.

Very attentive and courteous hotel staff. The hotel is located close to the subway. There is a supermarket nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The check-in process turned into a mess with a confusing security deposit policy that was not communicated clearly. Arriving late led to unnecessary complications. The bathroom had a lingering smoking smell possibly due to poor ventilation, disappointing, and the lack of temperature control in the rooms could.

The hotel was excellent value and well-appointed with very attentive people with Good Service. The room was family-friendly - enjoyed the reasonably spacious bathroom. A flat-screen television, a safe, and a coffee table were great. The property was close to a train station.
Beds were a bit hard in this place.
